To support our growing customer base, we are looking to hire a number of 2nd line support technicians to improve the level of excellent support we already provide.
You will be the representative for our company for clients seeking technical support with a prime focus on supporting client hardware and infrastructure where an onsite visit may be required to support the customer.

We are not looking for the fully trained expert, nor Cisco qualifications to cover a wall, but you absolutely must be interested in:
You will work from home some of the time, but just as likely to travel onsite to a client. Much of your day will be spent in front of a computer or speaking to people directly, so your communication skills will be just as important as your current tech skill level. There is likely to be quite a bit of travel involved.

This a full-time role on a permanent contract, subject to a three-month probationary period.
Salary is £23,500.00 to £28,000.00 /year based on experience and fit. Reasonable expenses would be repaid whilst travelling.
